Clinical Recognition
Not formally studied as 'social battery.' Social fatigue in autism/introversion documented but under different terminology.

Your Social Battery is the finite amount of energy you have for social interaction. Every conversation, every eye contact, every small talk exchange drains it. Once it hits zero, you can't socialize anymore—you need solitude to recharge.

It's like a video game battery bar: green (energized), yellow (running low), red (almost empty), dead (shutdown imminent). For many neurodivergent people, the battery drains faster and recharges slower than neurotypical social batteries.

This term is part of Heumans' Living Lexicon—a community-driven documentation of neurodivergent language that often precedes clinical recognition.
